We helped Kimberly Clark change how they relate to their channels for the Huggies brand by creating a proximity ecommerce portal.

The objective was for Kimberly and Huggies to focus on generating a long-term relationship with the mothers from before even the child is born to the moment they leave their diapers and offer them a convenient and close experience.

We have managed to subscribe more than 2,000 retail sores to the program who began to receive requests from customers in their area, improving their relationship with clients and obtaining better value in their association with Huggies.

With this approach Kimberly can focus in the brand while the channels take care of last mile logistics and collections.
